Ashley Shind attended the International School of Advertising and Design in Tampa, Florida where she studied color theory and painting. In 2000 she began her career as a makeup artist working for MAC cosmetics and quickly advanced to the position of store manager. Her award-winning makeup design was chosen by corporate to inspire other MAC artists nationwide to develop their own creativity.
